WIFT-T’s annual [email protected] features prominent film and television actors, media industry leaders and WIFT-T members gathering to celebrate Canadian women working in the media-based industry and those who champion them.
WIFT-T’s [email protected] is the only party of its kind recognizing women working in the screen-based industry.
In attendance, film and TV talent included: Deepa Mehta (dir. Beepa Boys),Gia Sandhu (actor Beepa Boys) Patricia Rozema (dir. Into the Forest),Katie Boland (Reign, Born to Be Blue), Jennifer Podemski (Take This Waltz, Fire Song), Andrew Currie (dir. The Steps), Vinay Virmani (actorThe Steps) Kate Corbett (actor The Steps), Benjamin Arthur (actor The Steps), Steven McCarthy (actor The Steps), along with TV talent from Saving Hope, The Social, Motive, Beauty and the Beast,Mr. D, Schitt’s Creek, Young Drunk Punk, Mistress, Lost Girl,Murdoch Mysteries, and Bitten.
